CLOSING
CUSHING - Bill Cook, owner
of I ndustrial Service since 1958,
is closing down the business
and will sell the equipment. The
company specialized in coating
tanks, and had contracts all
over the world, working on
tanks ranging from 50,000 to
500,000 barrels. That type work
has dwindled until there are no
more contracts. The business
has been located in Cushing
since 1945.

FARMER GETS WALLET
BACK FROM CHICAGO
KINGFISHER - While Glenn
Stinson was in Chicago to pro-
test the Chicago Board of
Trade, he lost his wallet. After
arriving back home, he received
a letter from a Mrs. Matuszak,
who had found a wallet, and
asked him to write back and
describe it, which he did. She
returned the wallet to him with
$265.00 intact. He called them
in Illinois and found that she
spoke very little English and
her husband none at all. They
were immigrants from Poland,
but were Christians, and
wanted him to have his wallet
back. The only chm'ge was $3
for postage.
