Trustees of the Town of
Perkins, Oklahoma, 120 S.
Main (P.O. Box D) Perkins,
Oklahoma 74059 at 7:30
p.m., Monday, June 6, 1977,
for collecting trash, refuse
and garbage from all
residences and business
establishments within the
corporate limits of said
Town, hauling and disposing
of the same by Sanitary
Landfill Method as prescrib-
ed by the Oklahoma Solid
Waste Management Act of
1970, and rules and regula-
tions pertaining thereto, as
amended. Copy of such Act,
Rules and Regulations may
be obtained from City Hall
(O.D.H.) Bulletin No. 0524,
July 1, 1973).
Contractor shall furnish:
an enclosed packer truck,
landfill site, equipment
adequate to cover and
maintain the landfill site, all
labor, licenses, permits,
insurance, and performance
bond of $5,000.00. Bidder
shall submit list of equip-
ment and truck proposed to
be used. Collection shall be
made at least twice per week
at each residence and at least
three times per week at
business establishments.
Bidder shall specify num-
ber and size of containers
which bidder will furnish for
business district. Containers
for residences will be
furnished by owners.
Contract period will be
July 1, 1977 to July 1, 1978.

with an amount per business
and per residence if the total
number increases or de-
creases by as much as ten in
a given month.
Envelopes containing bid
must be plainly marked "Bid
for Trash Disposal System".
No bid may be submitted,
changed or withdrawn after
