Moreland presented the following Resolution:
WRERER, There is a certain bridge project in Payne County known
as Project # BRO-60D(260)CO, and WHEREAS, this bridge is located
on Brush Creek Road, 2.5 miles east and 0.7 mile north of the
junction of SH-51 and US-177, and WHEREAS, the county is now ready
for this project to be let, HOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that
Payne County would like for Project # BRO-60D(260)CO to be on the
May letting, and the county wants to use the CB funds as our
matching money. Presented to and approved by the Payne County
Board of Commissioners this 19 day of April, 1993.

Regular Session April 19, 1993
The Payne County Board of Commissioners met in a Regular Meeting
Monday, April 19, 1993. Notice of the meeting was made by posting
an agenda at room I01, Courthouse, Stillwater, OK on Friday, April
16, 1993. The following were present: Ms. Bernice Mitchell,
Chairman; Mr. Carl Moreland, Vice-Chairman; Mr. Jimmie Dee Cook
Member; Ms. Sherri Schieffer, County Clerk.
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. The Clerk
presented the minutes of March 31 and April 5. Cook made the motion

WHEREAS, Payne County District #1 has received reimbursement from
the Oklahoma Department of Transportation for project CR60(264),
and WHEREAS, this project is now completed and there are funds
remaining in thls account, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the
Payne County Board of Commissioners does hereby authorize the
transfer of the remaining money to the District #1 maintenance and
operation account ($1824.99) for future use as needed. Presented
to and approved by the Payne County Board of Commissioners this
19th day of April, 1993.
