NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS: Sealed proposals by
REGISTERED MAIL will be received through the
Capitol Substation Post office until 1:30 P.M. and will
be received at the Oklahoma Department of Transpor- ~
tation Commission Room in the Oklahoma Depart- i
ment of Transportation Building, 200 Northeast 21st
Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105 from 1:30
P.M. to 2:00 P.M. June 22, 1984, to be publicly open-
ed and read at 2:00 P.M. for the work listed below.
No proposal for construction or maintenance work
of the Department will be msued to any contractor
after two o'clock in the afternoon of the working day
preceding opening of bids for any contract.
: Each separate proposal shall be accompanied by a
Certified or Cashier's Checkor Bid Bond equal to 5%
of the bid made payable tO the State o{ Oklahoma,
Department of Transportation, as a proposal guaran-
ty. Proposal checks will be held or returned by the
Department as per Section 103.04 of the State Stan-
dard Specifications.
This work will be done under the Oklahoma Depart-
ment of Transportation Commission's applicable
Specifi tions for Highway Construction.
The !minimum wage to be paid laborers and
