Four-year-old Chleo Hart of Chandler was
riding like the Queen of the Nile last
Wednesday following a vehicle accident about
noon at 12th and Perkins Road. Her car seat
was strapped to the gurney for her ride to the
hospital in an ambulance for a check up. She
was headed home a short time later with her
family. Witnesses said she was strapped in
when the van in which she was a passenger
flipped to its side and skidded to a stop and it.

Rescuers worked through
the sunroof of the overturned
minivan to free the driver's
daughter, who was strapped
in a child restraint in the back
seat. The driver was Stacy
Dawn Hart, 25, of Chandler.
She sustained minor injury
to her arm and got out
through the sunroof. The
other drivers were Robert
Glenn Teeter, 53, Stillwater,
who refused treatment, and
Sean Carson Stephens, 23,
Stillwater, who was not
injured.
