Request for Proposals
The Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma requests proposals for architec-
tural/engineering services for a 5,600 square foot Child Care Cen-
ter, HUD Project #B-OO-SR-40-1523. The Tribal Child Care Center
will be constructed at the Iowa Tribal Headquarters, RR 1 Box 721,
Perkins, Oklahoma 74059.
Proposal shall be received until July 20, 10 a.m., at which time
said proposals shall be opened and publicly stated. Proposals" shall
indicate a lump sum for services. Persons submitting proposals shall
clearly mark the outside of their proposal packages with the notation
"B-00-SR-40-1523 Architectural/Engineering Proposal".
Firms submitting proposals should include (at a minimum) the
following items:
Site survey for building and parking lot, soil log report with foun-
dation recommendation reports, facility design and cost estimates.
The Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma reserves the right to select any
proposal they deem in the best interest of the Tribe.
