Wreaths Across America Topic At Rotary
Lou Watkins, chair of the Fairlawn Cemetery board of directors was the guest
speaker for the September 27 meeting of the Stillwater Frontier Rotary Club. Lou
talked about the Wreaths Across America campaign and the event that will take
place at Fairlawn Cemetery on December 15, 2018. Watkins was welcomed by

county leadership program
sponsored by the Payne
County Extension Office.
The program is currently in its
9th year and is hosting Class 9.
Individuals from across the
entire county are encouraged
to apply to the program. Class
9 is comprised of individuals
from Cushing, Perkins, and
Stillwater.
