Residents of that portion of the Mulhall-Orlando School District lying in Garfield County
are not eligible to vote in this election since that area is a part of the O. T. Autry Area Vocational-
Technical School District No. 15.
The polls will be open at 7 a.m. and remain open continuously until, and will be closed at 7 p.m.
The Payne County Election Board, according to Article II, Section 20, 21,, and 23, (as amend-
ed by Section 1 and 2, SB 561, 1974 Leg.) will be responsible for conducting the election. The
Payne County Election Board will request the Lincoln, Logan, Noble, and Pawnee County Elec-
tion Boards to assist them in conducting the election on January 22, 1985.
