"They are managerial material and I predict for both a future with WYATT'S, which incidentally is one of America's largest cafeteria chains and one of the most rapid growing. A new one is opening in Enid, Oklahoma in December." "Orders can be pl ced in the cafeteria, by telephone, or mail. All we need is a one day notice." The day begins early at WYATT'S with workers arriving around 7 a.m. By 11 a.m. more than 100 food, drink, bread, and con- diment items are on the line, making it one of America's most comprehensive serving lines.
