My wife and I want to pay tribute to the Pefldns Police Depart-
ment for their work in a recent theft case from our business. On
Saturday, Nov. 30, 2013, they were called by us when we notice
our cargo trailer was missing. This trailer was used whenever
we are doing a trade show. It housed ALL of our displays and
accessories for the show.
The Police were called around mid-aftemoon. They came
quickly and took the report. Because of their professionalism
and Iraining the officer guided us through the process, asked all
the right questions. He left us with the feeling that they were on
the case. The officer then released a broadcast about the theft and
within 36 hours the trailer was recovered by the Oklahoma City
Police Department and an individual arrested.
I realize that sometime we get annoyed when we are stopped by
or receive a citation from an officer. But one must remember that
these men and women are highly wained and are motivated by their
desire to help. They have a tough, thankless job but continue day
after day providing services and protection to each of us.
To the Perkins Police Department and all law enforcement
agencies my wife and I say "Thank you."
