Section 1. That the Board
of Trustees of said Town hav-
ing been required to review
the wards and ward boundaries
of the Town does find that there
are changes necessary in such
ward boundaries in order to
retain wards that are compact,
contiguous and substantially
equal
in population.
Section 2. The Board of
Trustees does therefore pro-
pose to enact an Ordinance,
which Ordinance shall retain
the total number of wards at
five (5) but that the boundaries
of such five (5) wards be
changed and modified. That
the boundaries of the pro-
posed wards to be adopted
shall be the same as those
shown on the map attached
hereto as =Exhibit A" and
made a part hereof.
Section 3. That a minimum
of thirty (30) days notice of this
proposed to change and
amend boundaries and of the
passage of a proposed ordi-
nance be given by the publica-
tion of this resolution•
Section 4. That notice be
given that at 7:30 o'clock on
Tuesday, the 10th day of Janu-
ary, 1995, The Board of Trust-
ees of such Town at the City
Hall, Perkins, Oklahoma, will
consider the passage of an
Ordinance to change and
amend the boudnaries of teh
ward within the Town of
Perkins, all as shown on "Ex-
hibit A" attached hereto.
