theirs. The other children are
almost finished. We are using a
lot of glitter.
Anita Pricer and Ellen Adkins
are back in school. Both were
absent because of illness.
Tammy Lore and Marilyn Hig-
gills brought Christmas records
to school to share with us.

Our class is eagerly preparing
for Christmas. We have assembl-
ed Santas using 21 pieces for
each one. Now we have a bul-
letin board named "Santas on
Parade."
Now is an excellent oppor-
tunity for us to do some more
beginning stages of creative
writing. You know letters to
Santa are appropriate at this
time.

Mrs. Hallman
With Christmas so near, it is
very hard to keep from think-
ing about it. However, we are
still placing our school work
first. Reading continues to be
first on our list. We are review-
ing the use of money, and tell-
ing time in numbers. We also
continue to study all the facts
about the number eleven.
Our spelling words are gett-
ing harder, but it gives us a
good feeling to be able to spell
so many words without help.
