to the Board by Mr. Rick Smith. Smith developed Bewares dlffoflmt
Option A - fury funds the project and uses the new pormenent 1/2 cent sales tax and
20% of the extended 1/2 cent sales tax for a term of 13 y~
Option B Fully funds the prOjeCt and uses the now permanent I/4 cent sales tax and
260 of the extended 112 sales tax for a term of 12 years
Option C - LIn~s the tara of the 25% of the extended 112 cent sales tax to 10 years
which would require e reduction of 81,447,000 in the project cost or the infusion of
additional monies from the County
Option O - Limits the term of the 20% of the extended 112 sales tax to 10 Years which
would require a reduction of $2,247,000 In the project cost o¢ the infusion of eddttIonel
monies

Moreland stated he favored Option C. Moreland proposed the following 1/2 cent
10 years: 25% Jail; 9% - Fair Operation; 5% - Expo Center; 5% Extension;
